TIP FOR TODAY: FREEZE YOUR PRODUCE! I've raved about this for years. Freeze all of your produce when using it for a smoothie or if you dont plan on using it quickly.  When making smoothies specifically I freeze the fruits or veggies I plan to use to make sure I get a smooth and thick consistency. Also when you don't want a smoothie you can opt for a frozen fruti treat of your choice, any fruit makes a lovely frozen sorbetto!
